Tercer condicional.
🌻 Third conditional.🌻 The third conditional is a grammatical structure used to talk about situations that occurred in the past and the possible results that could have been obtained in the past, if it had been done differently. To form a sentence in the third conditional, you must follow this structure: If + past perfect, would have + past participle. The difference between this and the real conditional is that in this one you give situations that already happened but you regret the result. Example: If they had taken the bus earlier, they would not have been so late. The unreal conditional does not have situations that have happened, they are only hypothetical situations that are used to talk about unreal situations in the present or in the future. Example: If I had been given a present on my birthday, I would have been happy.
